We are pleased to announce that we will be holding a beginner camp from December 19th-23rd. Learn to defend yourself from your lightsaber-wielding siblings during the Christmas break!

Over the course of the week-long session, new students will be introduced to the basic techniques and concepts of modern Olympic Fencing, and by the end will be able to compete with their campmates in bouts.

Running the camp will be Coach Aaron Kandlik, who has over 20 years of experience teaching and competing in fencing. While he has worked with competitors from the local to the Olympic level, he maintains a great passion for introducing new students to Fencing. Coach Kandlik is also a USA Weightlifing Level 1 coach, as well as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist from the National Strength and Conditioning Association.

The camp will run from 10 am to 1 pm, with a short break for snacks. Students will not only learn the techniques and rules of fencing, but will also play games to develop focus, decision-making, agility, and also teamwork.

Aspiring fencers should wear athletic clothing (shorts/sweats, t-shirt, etc), clean shoes with non-marking soles, and bring a snack and a water bottle. Please use the links below to register!
